Peer Review Process

Journal Keperawatan is an e-journal published by the Department of Nursing Poltekkes Kemenkes Aceh. Research articles submitted to this online journal will be reviewed by at least 2 (two) reviewers.

Every article that enters the editorial office will be selected through a Preliminary Review process by the Editorial Board, in particular an examination will be carried out regarding templates and plagiarism (using turnitin). Then the article will be sent to Mitra Bebestari/peer reviewer and will enter the next selection with the Double-Blind Preview Process.

After that, the article will be returned to the author for revision. This process takes a month for maximum time. In each manuscript, Mitra Bebestari/peer reviewer will be assessed from the substance and technical aspects. The final decision on acceptance of the article will be made by the Editor in accordance with the Reviewer's comments.

Mitra Bebestari/ peer reviewers are experts in the field of Nursing and the issues surrounding it. They are experienced in managing and publishing prestigious journals both at home and abroad.
